Musical Experience: Tanya had her first on stage experience when she sang Old MacDonald with her Grandfather at a Family Reunion at the age of 2. She then moved on to singing in school choir class, school musicals, and church choir. While at the University of Virginia, she joined the The Virginia Sil'hooettes, an all-female a cappella group. It was singing in college that made Tanya discover her love of a cappella music.
On Her iPod: Mariah Carey, Christina Aguilera, TLC, Dixie Chicks, Justin Timberlake, Nelly Furtado, Alicia Keys, Rhianna, Beyonce, and Lady GaGa (to name a few)
Other Interests: In addition to singing, Tanya loves to dance! She also enjoys running, reading, and planning events and social gatherings. Her guilty pleasures are drinking wine and watching reality TV.
Fun Fact: Tanya is notoriously known for her spending habits, or lack thereof. She is always searching for, and is always able to find a deal.
